Powder coated poles and the cold

As if I need another pole, but...., I am tired of the cold and not being able to pole much at home. Last winter I was still new to pole and working on dance moves and spins so I did not recognize the difference in grip in the winter. Last winter I had a stainless steel pole and bought a titanium gold pole in the spring, neither is working for me right now and I am very frustrated. I was wondering if powder coated poles we less suseptable to the dry cold winter air?
