Pole Spins slightly when in static mode..

When i first got my pole i put it up the way it should be and i did everything right and the X screws were tight and the pole didnt spin slightly in static up until now. the pole seems to spin a little back and forth while in static after iv done a few spins and the pole is tight everywhere.. then i have to tighten the X screws again... then after a few more moves the same thing happens again... 😠 what can i do? 🙁 please dont be happening again! Please helps girls! 🙁

Have you made sure the the little holes are lined up with the little Xs at the bottom? I also found that my screws are never tight enough unless i insert the short side of the key in, so the long side is sticking out, and twist like that. You get a much tighter screw that way. If you already did that, and it still loosens so fast, i don't know, i would call the technical assistance department at x-pole. good luck!

I don't know how new your pole is, but i actually stripped my screws from switching too much...I called xpole and they are sending replacements.. If you can't get them tight enough, the pole with "jiggle" a little bit. Also Azriel is right about the x's and the way you use the allen wrench!

My pole loosens like that on a day-to-day basis, but it doesn't come loose while I'm using it. I just have to remember to check it and tighten it before I use it every day. I haven't tried using the allen wrench the other way, so I may have to try that. I've been afraid of tightening it too much and stripping the screws, so I usually just wiggle the pole a bit as I tighten it until it stops turning.
