Pole seems wobbely

Hi everyone! I am new to the pole and just bought a 45mm brass from xpole. I have had it for about 3 weeks and try and practice every other day and it now seems to sort of move a little from side to side when doing spins. My ceiling is high about 9 1/2 ft. I don't know if that is why or if I did something wrong when putting it together?

Hi it could need tightened. Did u make sure the hex screws at bottom r lined up with the x's on the base as that can happen wen there not aligned properly. x

I got my pole a month ago, had the same problem, turned out I was using the wrong end of the hex key to tighten the screws at the bottom.
