Pole Recital Performance

Well....here it is! My first full pole performance since my shoulder and being sick. This is actually a "do over" because the initial performance wasn't recorded correctly so I had to do it after to get it on video. I feel the first performance was better than this one but oh well....it was fun nonetheless. Level 4 starts in 2 weeks so I think I'm going to focus on my stretching, splits, etc. during this time. There are a couple pole tricks I want to try but I also want to tighten up my floor work...... I welcome all critiques/comments/advice 🙂   http://youtu.be/Y8Jj_e88T4E ;
