pole purchase

Hi. Thinking of getting a pole but don't really have room for a permanent one. What are your thoughts on a removable pole and are they available in spin and or stationary? What is the best brand also. I would love to have a permanent one installed but no room unless I want to put it in garage and it is butt chillin' cold in there so..... Any recommends would be appreciated very much. donna
