Pole Practice Mistakes LOL

Im starting this thread to take all the pressure off all the practicing and stretching we veeners have all been doing just for a few laughs. LIKE TODAY: Today's session was rather long but rewarding...I practiced to 2 songs "The Weekend-Wicked Games" (video coming later) and "Roscoe Dash-Sexy Girl Anthem". I managed to record my entire dance for wicked games, BUT....when I turned on sexy girl anthem and pressed what I THOUGHT was the record button on my laptop, I went back afterwards to play the video only to find.........I DIDN'T EVEN RECORD IT!!!! I had accidentally pressed the 'take photo' button and took a LOVELY picture of me pulling a wedgie lol!!! That song was FOUR MINUTES long and wicked games is 5 mins and 25 secs, so...you do the math. I sooooo was NOT about to try and record again (maybe tomorrow😉) just started laughing at myself . So what are your past or present practice goofs 😀

I haven't started filming myself yet so luckily I don't have any proof of my mistakes, but I wanted to say that the image of the "wedgie-photo" made me laugh out loud.

Today on stage infront of about 40 customers I went from gemini to star --and I somehow pinched my hand in the zipper of my stripper boot. So I sat in "half star" (not quite sitting up into the star) for what felt like 2m. When I finally could sit up into a proper star, the closed knee locked up and instead of going into butterfly I just kinda fell into a ball and almost died.

LOL LADIES...I tried to do a BASIC invert my first night at the club 2yrs back (with NO experience BTW) and after FAILING MISERABLY the other dancers made it a point to laugh about my legs flapping everywhere😀

The other day while "getting back to poling" (I've been sick in bed the last few weeks so the other day was the first in aaaages) I slide down the pole with it at my back and managed to take both my tops right off. I hadn't worn the tank I was wearing before and I guess it didn't have as much give as I thought it did so instead of sliding like my other top usually does it just bunched and took my bra with it. I'm just really glad that although I was recording- It wasn't live like chat or skype or something. :P I think that is my only blooper so far. (I'm sure that I will have many many more in the future.)

Wow Mitzy Blue, now THAT is a 'wardrobe malfunction'.... or the most efficient way to take a top off while poling I have ever heard of. LOL! Good one! CapFeb, that sounds really painful. Way to recover though during your set! JiggaLuv87, Wedgie photo... lol! I do some ridiculous stuff every so often with practice, I've put my shoes on the wrong feet and not recognized it at first except for 'the vamp feels funny'... I've fallen while walking over to change a song... I damaged my wall kicking it with my shoe. It's pole dancing not karate I tell myself. I could go on.. and on. Lately, I just blurt out " F Minus " when I have an epic fail.

@Jehanne-I totally ended up knocking the top of my foot on the cabinet in the living during one practice. I was TRYING to do a front hook spin and I tend to forget the LACK of space I have here and it hurt like HELL😉

In one of my early videos before I learnt how to manage my space.... I was doing pretty well, went into a nice reverse-grab style spin and kicked my garbage bin with my extended legs... I didn't realise I could even reach that far! Bin went flying, huge metallic noise, fell over and spilt crap everywhere whilst I came to a sudden ungraceful stop and lay on the floor grabbing my ankle and wincing in pain! I deleted that video :)
