Pole Play Suggestions

I started a meetup group for people who are interested in pole in my city and I need ideas for meetups/pole play.  We've had a couple of workshops so far and they have been great.  I'm looking for new/different ideas that can hopefully get some of the non active members to come out and meet their fellow polers.
