Hi all! I have a pole photo shoot tomorrow evening and since it's my first time I'm looking for tips from anyone who's done this before! Thanks to all and happy thanksgiving!

Body contour. :3 With a matt bronzer and a shimmer highlight. Atleast, that's what I've been told
Be prepared to get your tricks at the best angles. Sometimes photographers don't know what you're getting into, so you might have to adjust. Lights can be really hot so have grip aid to reduce sweat and maybe even bring a fan and a towel. And then have fun! Enjoy yourself. You'll see the difference in the pictures. :)

I haven't had a photoshoot but I'd probably take a couple of outfits in case one isn't photographing well or isn't working out as planned :)

Write down tricks you want to have photos of. That way you can refer back to the list when you aren't sure what to do next.

Yay! These are such great tips. I've never done a pole photo shoot, but I'll suggest: don't make the constipation face. For example, you're so focused on holding the move, pointing your toes, not slipping off the pole, that you forget your face. Have a blast!!!!!! :)
Get a spray tan - it makes your muscle definition pop, hides cellulite and just makes you look like a total babe lol
