Hey, I'm having a pole party on Saturday with a bunch of girls from work. I have an idea on what I'm going to teach them. But does anyone have any suggestions on what would be fun to learn for some ladies that have never even touched a pole?

Dido on the how to properly walk around the pole keeping shoulders back and down. A half spin is good pole turns (pirouette) hip circles body wave front hook some find back hook easier too Just go real easy on any spins keeping their feet on the ground is best for newbs! 🤓 remember most of them will probably not be able to climb so you might just want to skip that one. Save it for later once they are warm and the pole is grippy. Have fun!!!!
I agree with Veena, when I first started I was very intimidated by the pole and was happy to just be spinning on it ( half spins) and doing hip rolls and stuff and feeling sexy. The fire man is an easy one for beginners and it's a fun one too 😀 Very "spinny" LOL
