Pole not spinning as well as before?

Hello there! How is everyone? 🙂 Hey I've had my x pole a little while, then i took it down to take it to a friends place and when I put it up there it didnt spin that well anymore. And now I've brought it back home it still doesnt spin very well. It kinda 'sticks' when you spin it with your hands. With your body wight on it it's probably a bit better because its a bit slower and you dont have to chunder as much 😛 but yeah just wondering if you think I may have it done too tight or if I need to oil it or something? 🙂 xxx
