Hi everyone, I got my new x pole yesterday and i put it up, only problem is that when i have done a few moves, when i put my hand on the pole and twist, the pole moves abit back and forth as though its not fully static. i keep tightening the screws but it still does the same thing after a few spins. what have i done wrong? the pole is brand new! thanks guys

Make sure you have lined up the Xs on the base of the pole with your little screw holes. Tighten well. 😉

Make sure they're really tight, but don't strip them...if that doesn't work then call X pole.

i had the same problem when i first got my x-pole, SAME exact problem. i contacted xpole and they sent me a new base free of charge, no more problems after that 🙂 i'd definitely contact xpole and let them know whats up!

im fed up with it. im thinking of getting the 45mm kendra sport pole. it looks brilliant and thats just static. it doesnt have spin mode. so i wont have no knocking lol.
I had that problem when I first got mine and I just needed to tighten up the screws that you adjust to put the pole on spin. Once I tightened those it was good to go. 😀

im gonna take it down and sell it. im going to get the kendra pole. x

i hav that problem too, the moving doesn't bother me too much, its the click it makes that i find annoying. i've come to just ignore it.
