Pole Move Ideas for NEW Lessons

Alright Veeners.....I have 3 old lessons left to replace!!! Then it's ALL NEW LESSONS from there on. 🥂 Now, I need your help...I do have a list of new moves I plan on creating lessons for, (38 new so far). But, I want to know what YOU all want to see. If you have any ideas please pole the move and a video link or pic if possible so I know what it is your talking about. And yes I'll be adding more stretch, floorwork, transition, strength and routines for you all. So, for right now, I just want ideas for pole moves and spins. 👍 Thanks guys!! I'll do my best. 👽
