Pole Makeover Contest Final Days!!!

Only one week left to enter the Platinum Stages Pole Makevoer contest! If you have a studio or if you know of a studio that needs new poles and needs a pole makeover, make sure to tell them about the Pole Makeover. One of the requirement for the Pole Makeover is for the studio to make a short video telling why they need new poles. Some of the videos are so great and entertaining! Originally we weren't going to do voting, but I think we'll select the top 2 or 3 and let everyone vote on the winner. :-)

We just moved and we are the 1st pole studio to open in a super regional mall; the Montgomery Mall owned by Simon properties one of the largest mall developers in the country! When we moved we grew from a 8' ceiling to a 16' ceiling so our old Platinum Stages Poles don't fit in our new location. Right now we are teaching on my personal Star Stand Alone because it is hard to be a pole studio without POLES!!!! **** Pole Makeover Announcement: **** Okay Studios, we've got some BIG news. 1st - We'd like to thank each of you that have participated in the Studio Pole Makeover Contest. We've decided to extend the contest until January 4, 2011. We decided we needed a little help in making the decision and wanted our Official International Spokesmodel Felix Cane's input and help with the decision!!!! We think it's important to include Felix in the Platinum Stages Pole Makeover and want her to help us choose the winner. I just wanted to apologize for postponing the date and leaving everyone in anticipation. I wanted to further explain why we postponed the date. I know it's frustrating after you've worked so hard. We have noticed everyone's hard work and support. You all are doing amazing and your videos are awesome. We've been finalizing all of the Felix details and we weren't expecting Felix to announce that she's the official spokesmodel and face of Platinum Stages until the 1st of the year (Jan. 2012). Luckily, things fell into place quicker than we expected and once Felix announced she teaming up with us, we just had to have her on board for the Pole Makeover Contest. We wanted to include Felix in the decision because we she has such a huge impact on the pole community and is an inspiration to us all. Also, because we sponsor so many competitions and some of the competitions that we sponsor and/or affiliated with are sometiimes associated with some of these studios, we did not want anyone to think that played a part in deciding on the winner. This is an equal opportunity for all studios, whether associated with a competition or not. Also, since our partnership with Felix Cane was just announced, we did not want anyone to feel like s/he just barely missed the chance to have Felix as a part of the contest. We feel like we owe all of you the opportunity to have Ms. Felix Cane involved in the decision. We understand that it is also the holidays and that most of you will be spending time with your families and so we're absolutely factoring that into the equation when deciding the winner.
