Pole Conditioning, Shoreditch, London 6pm, 20th April

Pole Conditioning Classes: PDS (Poledancingschool), Shoreditch, London Hi All, Not a Pole Jam as such but certainly worth getting a few girls in London together for. As mentioned in my blog, I've booked some conditioning classes with the PDS, they're £5 each and last an hour. I tried them last summer, hurt for days afterwards, but they were amazing. If anyone is interested in booking themselves in, they're on Tuesdays at 6pm, i've booked for the 20th April and 27th April. Would be great if some fellow SV Polers wanted to come along.
