Hi guys! what is everyones tips for reducing and or preventing pole bruises? As i am learnning new moves i am obtaining huge bruises which at first are cool but afyer a few days are very embarrasing. How can I get rid of these bruises? I notice that all the advanced polers dont seem to have many bruises??

Good news is that it does get better. The advanced polers stil get bruises, trust me. In the mean time, pick up some arnica or traumeel. I second arnica, it certainly reduces healing time of bruises. However, over time, I've accepted that if I'm working this hard it comes with the territory ;)
