Platinum Stages Customer Disservice

OK, I was warned ... but they were so helpful 4 years ago when I bought my 50. I shoulda got Xpole, it would have been here by now.  In stead, PS pole comes a week later than promised, but without the 2' extension I needed.  Another ten days for the extension, which arrived today, and it's the WRONG ONE!!! Now I have to rent studio time to practice, although they've been wonderful about allowing me to practice my own moves during my regularly scheduled classes.  The Showcase is on 45s, so I really want to be ready for those poles. grrrrrrr....
