Planks, bridges, handstands and wrist pains

I've been getting some pain along my wrist and forearm on the thumb (radial?)side when I practice things like planks, bridges and handstands. I've had trouble with my ulnar nerve on my right hand before (elbow pain and numb ring finger) but this feels very different. It's on my left side and it is a continuous pain that lasts for a few hours after practice, no numbness or throbbing. Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything I can do to help alleviate the problem? I can use a fist for the plank but I can't of any substitute for bridges and handstands. I JUST achieve a handstand away from the wall a few weeks ago (only for about 5 seconds though), but with the wrist pain, I haven't been able to do it at all this week. If I don't use it I"m going to lose it! ๐ข ๐ข ๐ข
