I have been trying to practice the cradle and the last 2 times I tried I got this charlyhorse type pain in my shoulder towards my neck. Has this happened to anyone else? I iced it and want to know if this has happened to anyone else

That happened to me when I overdid my bellydance shoulder moves. It wasn't fun... I almost thought it was carpel tunnel. 🙁 I just did a lot of soft stretching and asked for lots of massages from the hubby.

Which shoulder is it? closest to the floor or ceiling...are you keeping your shoulders back and down?? If you don't, you could quite easily pull/strain the muscles in your neck and back.
It is the shoulder closet to the floor and it is more in my neck shoulder area. I haven't tried to do it again but I think that I am keeping my shoulders down but that might have been what it was.
