Pinched in a BAD place!

Well, my new pole is securing up, and even though it is too close to the ceiling fan, I've been playing with it. I learned a very important lesson tonight, though. Even if it means doing more laundry, wear a bra while poleing! 😲 Somehow my nipple got caught between my arm and the pole when I was inverting. OWWWW! No real damage, but BOY that got my attention! I fell a couple of times, too, so I think I'm just really tired. What is your worst/most embarrassing pole encounter?? Mindy

Most embarrassing was probably last week when I bumped really hard into the pole with my pubic bone.. It stayed sore for a few days. I was glad that it happened when I was practicing on my own, and I surely didn't share the experience with anyone afterwards. Let's say I don't recommend it 😀 Worst encounter, since it was the most painful, was when I hit the pole with my inner ankle while getting out of the pole. I just really miscalculated the distance to the pole.. It was swollen for a few days, and blue for over a week. Ouchie! 🙁 But then again, if these are my worst.. I'm still kinda lucky I guess 😂

Most embarrasing encounter would have to be when my boob fell out of my shirt while inverting in class. And of course it happened when the instructor was helping me with the gemini so she was standing right there watching me. I didn't stop my invert though, but I apologized while my nipple was hanging out, LOL. she said "It's cool, it happens all the time." "I was like sweet. Now back to this Gemini...?" LOL Note to self...wear sports bras to class....

awwwwwwww!!!! you poor girls!!!! that sounds awful all of it!!!! i still think though, that the most embarrassing is the pole fart when you're in a room full of people. AWKWARD!

Ok so my most embarassing thing actually happened last night....and I got it on vid...not sure if i'm going to put it up or not...but anyways...I was going into a cupid (with no hands) and my foot of my extended leg missed the pole and WHAM! my "no no" place got slammed into the pole as I went crashing to the floor...now I got a nice bruise right where the sun dosen't shine!! 🥂

My worst pinch was trying to sit on the pole. I have a few body piercings, including "down-stairs". 😳

One of my worst bang ups was when I was teaching a wrist to my class and while trying to come out of it my hand got caught and between my hand getting caught where the sun don't shine and the pole it pinched my "naughty bits" area! The other was the first time I tried a superman spin and put a little too much force into and slammed my crotch into the pole...needless to say I laid on the floor in a ball for awhile 😢

I once smashed my lady bits when coming out of a tail sit, and once moving out of the superman 😲 Lets invent a female pole dance cup...now that would be sexy and comfy 😂 😂 😂

LMAO, me and my advanced students said the same thing. We said there should be a female jock strap and pads for the sides of your boobs since we all know certain moves just hit em the wrong way 😂
