Pedicures & Pole Dance

Let me first say I'm not the girlie at type, but I've recently started considering getting regular pedicures - reason being bc I keep effing up my nail polish from dancing! Is there a type of polish or pedicure (not acrylic and similar things that damage your nails) that I can get that won't get messed up nearly every time I dance? I dance barefoot and w shoes so polish doesn't last but a day or two if that and repainting is getting tiresome.
