I did not make it the entire 90 days b/c my husband quit on me and I didn't have the will power to force myself suffer when I knew he wasn't either! LOL! As far as flexibility, mine didn't get any better, but I also wasn't trying to improve it... I did the classic version of P90x and after a good month+ I started skipping Yoga and made it a pole day instead ๐ You have to find sometime to pole!!!! Hehe! As far as my strength, OMG, it COMPLETELY changed my poling!!! I got sooo much stronger from P90x (for the time frame that I did it) and honestly my poling really took off!! I lost about 14lbs (I'm not even 5'1) in less than 2 months (probably 6 weeks), lost 1 inch in my chest, 1 inch on my waist, 3/4 in my hips, almost an inch in my left arm and 1/2 in on my right arm (my poor left arm doesn't get the awesome workout that my right side gets... I really should practice poling on both sides), I think a half inch on my right thigh and 0 on my left thigh... but I think we had measured our thighs incorrectly the first time. P90x works, especially if you follow the diet plan also!!! Believe it or not, I actually enjoyed P90x, once I got past the pain and misery!! Haha! It helped with my confidence and the weight came off pretty fast, and I was shrinking quickly... But for me it's hard for me to kill myself when I don't have someone killing themselves with me!!! It's a great program, you just have to have the discipline to follow it. "I hated it, but I loved it" ๐ I hated it while I was struggling, but LOVED it once I finished the workout! I felt so accomplished after the workouts and it really was a confidence boost! Not to mention how EVERYONE noticed my weight loss and would always comment on it... I should do it again, but I just can't find the motivation!! ๐ฌ Do it, you wont regret it!!!
