to be quite honest I have no idea...most of the stuff i was working on didn't even require my lower half to be on the pole :/ I did bang my hip pretty good going into a cradle spin when I was warming up but I didn't think I hit it THAT good

Ouch, i have always got busies the worst ones are on the arms (and they look like grab marks) my hubby goes mad lol says it looks like there's been a domestic not good really 😳

lol! the big ones are so much more fun than the patterned spots 😂 I'm glad I'm not the only one to sometimes wonder which moves caused which of the bruises 😀

I hope it doesn't hurt too bad and is healing up nicely. I also want to say congrats on such an amazing bruise!!!! You should add it to Pole Scars on FB.
That is an awesome bruise! I am currently having to wear a cardigan at work to cover up the bruises on my arm that look like grab marks. I don't want people to start thinking my bf beats me up! 😳
i pretty much got the exact same bruise from doing the extended cradle spin!! i love my pole bruises!! 🥂
