Ordering Today...Need Everyone's HELP!

I finally decided to order today. I have read NUMEROUS and COUNTLESS forums on the best pole. I am still not sure of which X-pole to buy. I'm set on the X-pole, so any advice would be appreciated!! I would like to tell you girls about myself and see if maybe you could help me decide? I live in Illinois, USA. It's either really hot here or really cold. Somewhat humid here, but we experience all 4 seasons at any moment (Never can put away winter clothes). I am incredibly strong in my upper body...I can climb a pole without my legs. My family owns a strip club, so when all the strippers leave at night, I play on it--wishing I could do what they do! I am getting a pole for fitness reasons. I am interested in learning pole tricks that work your body rather than dancing on the floor (Does that make sense?) I don't think I have tiny hands, but I don't have big hands either. I have no money limitations, but have no idea whether to get chrome, titanium, 45mm, or 50mm? It's all confusing because everyone has different advice. I'm wanting to order it today, so if I would appreciate any/all advice and if I left anything else out about myself that would determine a certain pole size or style, please let me know!! THANKS!!

Well what it really comes down to is your preference. Chrome and 50mm are the standards for finish and size - most clubs and studios will use those. Titanium has better grip than chrome, and 45mm is easier to hold onto than a 50. If you're only planning on using your own pole and never switching or playing on other poles, then it's purely up to you - get whatever you would like because you'll get used to your own pole and it won't matter. But if you're going to be more, um, "universal" with your poling (especially because of the poles at the club you like to play on) I'd go with chrome and 50mm. If you can do moves on a pole like that, you'll be able to pole on just about anything. Also check into how big the poles are at the club. That way you can either choose to get the same thing or something similar or get something different. Unlike most newbies, you have a comparison base to work from. If the poles you're used to are chrome and 50mm and they're too slippery for your taste, then go with titanium; if you have a hard time holding on, then go with 45... etc. etc. Hope this helps! 🥂

Your so lucky you have had a chance to play on the poles at your families club! That upper body strength will help you soooooo much. 👍 Do you know what the poles at the club are made out of? Brass (gold color) or high polished Stainless Steel (silver color). If they are brass and you like how they feel, go with the TG X pole. If they are SS and you like that go with chrome. So as far as size.... I would go with the 45mm if you think you want to dance only in your home. The smaller size can make grip for advanced tricks easier. If you want to compete or take classes elsewhere go with the 50mm. This is the standard size in clubs and most studios. As far as finish....I had my first pole in the midwest. I loved the Chrome, it still maintains grip in the cold and gets nice and grippy in the summer. If you only want to do spinny mode go ahead an get the fancy Titanium gold because it has the best grip, so you can hang on for dear life as you spin 🤮 this is equal to brass...almost as grippy, brass it the ultimate in grip. If you want to perform spins on a static non spinny pole go with the chrome. The TG can be too grippy to learn static spin on for some. New dancers tend to have a death grip when first learning to spin so gold can be too grippy. 🤓

Wow!! Thank you girls for the quick responses!! I just wanted to clarify...I have a lot of respect for the girls who dance in our club, but I am definitely not in that lifestyle. I do not plan on doing anything outside of my home or competitions. There are no studios for a good 3 hours from my home, so I'm thinking I do not need to get the standard since I won't be using any other pole than my own. The pole at my dad's club is a gold color, but he has forgotten what brand it is. He's been in business for 27 years, so through lots of different poles, he has no idea!! lol. It's static too. I prefer to get one to switch between spinny and static. I hear how much fun the spinny ones are and can't wait to try. So I'm thinking i'll get the TG 45? Is there any sense in worrying about having tiny hands if I get that one? Because like I said, I don't have tiny hands, but I don't have big ones either...just regular girly hands. lol (Never talked this much about my hands)... Thanks for all your help...So excited and have researched for so long that I don't want to get the wrong one. But you girls are right...Whatever pole I end up getting I will be able to adjust to it. VEENA - I recently heard you are out of TG45? Is that still true? If so, when will the next shipment be in? I'm almost dying to get one so If you don't have any, I might have to settle for a different one...like the TG50? or Chrome 45?

I don't have tiny hand I'm 5ft 8in and I love my 45!! I have a 50 and 45. I will check on the availability of the TG for you. ☀️

We haven't received any notification yet on the TG X poles being in. So they are still out of stock. You could wait until morning to order just in case we get an update from X pole. I love my chrome 45 though. ☀️

*heavy sigh* i wish i had gotten the TG to be honest....im not sure if its the weather and that's why my pole is so slippery or the fact that i have ZERO space in my room to really practice...but if i ever got another pole i'd get the TG... ok. that was my rant for the day haha! 🙂 i do love my chromey though too.....ok seriously rant is ending now

Are all of these poles portable? I know there are some that arent, but is the TG45 portable? Or what other good xpole ones are? (also that switch from static to spinny ) 🙂
