opportunity to host event/jam/competition/show in TEXAS

Ok, so on mondays I get paid to go out to a nightclub in the area and teach the women free pole 101 lessons as a way to draw in more girls to dance at the pole they have there (its NOT a strip club btw) The owner of the nightclub was looking at my myspace and all the ladies i have who love pole as my friends and what not. He said it was opening his eyes to a great culture of people who are really "into it" lol as he says. He said he has access to hosting some kind of a convention, pole competition , show or event. Maybe either at his nightclub, or somewhere else in downtown Houston. Depending on how many people would be up for getting together. So he wanted my ideas on what to do. So... I'm asking you ladies, what would be a good idea. There isnt a Miss Pole Dance Texas, competition yet. Or maybe a show? I dunno, I would need alot of help from the community and it would be a group collaboration. 🙂 Ideas...?? 😀 😀 😀
