One handed flag!

I'm so pleased I've got this one I wanted to do this for a while but didn't quite understand what I was trying to do. A session playing on the pole with a few girls brought on a breakthrough and a sore right side but most importantly a one handed flag yea! Still plenty to work on though. Next in my sights is the jade split on a good day I'm nearly in the splits but sliding down the pole hopefully I'll crack it tonight. Cxxx
