on the pole for 3 months

Dear Ladys, i come from Germany(kassel) and i am glad to find Veenas website. The forum helps me much to get some tricks better and i hope that my strength get better with this work on the pole, because i was not so sporty before i feel my new passion on the pole. Have a good time 👍
