November Challenge and other questions

Hi Veener's! Just wondering if there will be a Nov. challenge. I just pulled myself off the sofa where I WATCH all of your videos and STARE DOWN my pole that just looks back at me) and did the warmup video and then attmepted to do a pole hold. What the...I couldn't do it! I was able to sortof get on for half a second. Yikes. My arms were really trembling and that made me a bit sad. I instantly quadrupuled my admiration and respect for all of you! Please let me know what you are all doing. I need to partner up! xoxo

...btw, I'm looking for a job so I've decided to change my screen name (was AmmaJelani). I don't want this to pop up in online searches. "I say who, I say when!" Should've mentioned that first!

But it gets better. Sounds like you are taking the lessons, so make sure you have watched all of the "getting started" lessons placed at the beginning of each section. This will help you plan your workouts. ❤️
