I have an expert X-Pole and since a week it became very noisy on spin ,I put some white grease on the berings and it did nothing....what else can I do ? Thanks Sandra

Please advise how old the Xpert is. If the noise is definitely coming from the bearings it could be that it is over tightened. That puts excessive pressure on the bearings and can make them noisy. Also please make sure the upper Dome is flat on the ceiling and the pole is at 90 degrees to the dome. Please send photos of the upper dome, so we can see the bearing unit, to [email protected]. We will know from this photo if the pole has been over tightened. Please also call the US office to discuss. X-Pole Tech Team
