No poling for me...

It has been a couple weeks since I have poled and it will be even longer because my colon decided to rupture. I now have an ostomy bag for anywhere from 2-4 months, at least I have age on my side healing me quicker than most people this happens to. Does anyone have any experience poling with an ostomy? I know once I heal from the surgery that I can resume working out but it will definitely be odd with a bag. I know this is a long shot but I thought I would ask.
