Hi veeners, I recently moved from my place and couldn't bring my pole with me. I have not touched one in four months and now I have to start all over again. I will have to save up to get a new. My weight is getting outta control again and I am beginning to get weak. How can I train and prep for the pole without having one?

Any specific type of foam roller?

Any will do, but a higher density roller will last longest. 😊
Hi Neasha! I've been without a weight-supporting pole for a few months now (hoping that changes soon!) and am addicted to Veena's Shoulder and Abs Routine. If you have a resistance band, you can tie it to something else, and there are just a couple things I do against a wall instead. It's a great routine.
