Nice but interesting combos

Hey fellow polers I am looking for some inspiration. I would like an idea for a nice but interesting combo so not the usual butterfly, flatline scorpio, superman but something abit more innovative. I don't have a great deal of flexibility so no jade splits or back bends. But I do have strength. Anything with 3 or 4 moves, that flow nicely together. Any help and ideas would be much appreciated xxxxxx

haha, I don't like to do bfly to flatline to superman either--too cliche. ;) how about spinning chopper to inverted thigh hold (tammy) to titanic with feet on the floor? This just popped into my head because I was messing with it yesterday.

We did aerial apprentice with big V legs into twisted/flying ballerina yesterday which I've not seen before. Thinking slow climb, aerial body wave in bracket, to apprentice to flying ballerina, back into pole sit then CAR would be pretty (not tried it yet, killed my forearms from too much split grip this week).

I like to try and put a twist on 'basic' pole work, that's how I come up with many of my new combos. You'll find several ideas on my profile here and on my Instagram account. My goal when I try to come up with new idea's isn't to go for death deifying or crazy flexy, but maybe a new way of entering, exiting or combining moves we are familiar with. http://instagram.com/studioveena

Aww thanks guys! What is flying ballerina? Does that require back flexibility? Thanks for the advice Veena I've not you on Instagram! And that combo is def not lame!! :)

Is twisted ballerina let go all arms and legs! More shoulder flexible and needing to lean forward then twist: Veena has great lesson with flexi rest

Flexi test not rest. You have to drop into tuck then twist and reach arm back with pole above hip bone not on ribs.

For my recital I did aerial chopper, gemini/outside leg hang, V hiphold, pike, scorpio, scorpio handstand, bird, side v dismount
