Hello, I've been browsing around the site for a few days now and reading all the wonderful posts and thought I'd drop in and say hi to everyone! I'm new to poling (started two months ago) and am sooo in love with it! This site is absolutely wonderful and so informative!

Thank you! I just got the 1year subscription and have been doing your stretching and beginner conditioning videos. They are wonderful and very easy to follow. I am taking classes at a local studio, but was looking for something to help me between classes so i can improve my strength and flexibility. Your on-line lessons are by far the best I've seen so far (instructions are very clear and easy to follow). Also the blogs and forums are very informative and cover a wide range of topics (the slippery pole topic, VERY helpful! Just got a brand new X-pole expert and couldn't keep my grip on it!). Thank you for having this wonderful site!
