Need Help Uploading 1st Video

I finally got the courage to record a video and it doesn't look half bad. Only problem is it is 144 MB and each time I try to upload it the alert says it shouldn't be larger than 128 MB. HELP! I used my new Logitech Webcam , but I don't see any way to edit it to reduce the size. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help!
