Alethea will be doing her workshops here in Dallas on Thurs and Fri, and I can only afford to take one of them. I have to choose btwn the "Sexy Flexy" workshop and "Floorwork and Flexibility". Any opinions?? Thanks sooo much! Mindy

Mindy, I took Aletheas "Flexy Sexy" workshop in Illinois and it was great. Perhaps I was just in awe of the Champ... I am a huge fan of hers!!! I would say to go with that one... I'm not sure what was in the other workshop as that was the only one offered at the studio I went to. I found her streching techniques to be really helpful for my dance as well as warming up or cooling down for any type of workout. Enjoy and let me know how you liked it! Missy
Hi Mindy, It depends on what you're looking to learn. The sexy flexy workshop focuses on sexy transitions on and off the pole but primarily on the pole. My girlfriend took the floorwork workshop and it was focuses primarily on floorwork off of the pole. The moves range from beginner moves to more advanced floorwork options. Have fun! I took Sexy Flexy and loved it. I got some great stretching tips and techniques as well as some sweet transitions!
