Hi Girls ! Cute drawing 😀 Yes, Star and Cupid are the most common names for the move. BTW, at wikipole.org you can browse pictures of moves (choose Pole Move Picture Directory on the front page). For more info about the move you click on the name of the move. Loads of fun on a rainy afternoon 😉

Done from a gemini/scorpio it is not all that bad. Whichever leg is already hooked, place upper hand above the leg and pull yourself up. You can either drop your legs and then reposition yourself or you can push the hips forward to get the position.

Ive tried and thought about am I gonna end my legs doing a "forced" split (forced because I dont really get into there yet, so it would be painful)? Thats what I am aware of ...
