is it an allegra variation?
I guess so! I got into it from allegra, was going for a more upright pose rather than torso sideways but unless there is some other name out there, that's what I will call it. lol
It looks like a cross between and allegra and this split move.... http://instagram.com/p/yEcAHROXZU/ I would say it's an allegra split? It also looks a bit like a tick tock? Somewhere between those two maybe ;)
I know it as open allegra, and closed allegra is grab foot version where you have the pole across the back more
