My Second Lesson

Hi Ladies, Okay, so I am still waiting for my pole, but took my second lesson. I'm taking private lessons because of my schedule (long story). Anyway, I am super out of shape and my instructor is kicking my butt into shape 😀 I absolutely adore my lessons. It is so much fun. Although I am absolutely bruised so I'm going to have to come up with some good excuses when I get asked about it at work 😂 New Dancer

I don't take lessons yet , I've had my pole for a few weeks and am using the studioveena lessons, dvds, and youtube for now. I am also not inshape but am doing things I couldn't when I started. You could kind of say I've been going slow. How often are your lessons??? I want to start when I can take twice a week. Right now, I if I pole 2 days in a row the second day is crap. I find that first day is when something new is happening.

Thats great your enjoying your lessons 🥂 Remember that for new pole dancers, even more so for those who new to exercise, you want a day of rest in between your work outs. You muscles need to repair themselves. 💪

Hi, Well I'm driving 2 hours to my lessons, so I take them one day a week at the moment. Tommorow I am taking a group lesson (45 min) and a private lesson because I did find 1 class that can fit into my schedule for the next few weeks. Ideally, I'd take them twice a week but 8 hours in a car for 2 hours of lessons is excessive. They are a lot of fun and I know I need the feedback so I don't develop bad habits. Once I go back to work I will need to rely more on dvds and veena's online lessons. New Dancer
