my first pole video =}

i just uploaded my first pole video 😁 i have not worked on transitions at all so there are none on there, lol. and when i climb the pole i used the bottom of my foot 😢 i know thats not the way to do it & i don't know where i picked that up from.... oops! other than the bottom of the foot thing i would LOVE some constructive criticism. also at the end when i am on the pole & leaning back i am trying to get to the point where i can "lay flat" so to speak. so if i'm not doing that right y'all please let me know! thanks!

I saw your video, your spins are lovely! A tip for that move you are working on.... its hard to straighten out your body when you have one hand underneath you and one on top. Once you're comfortable with your strength you want to let go with that bottom hand and extend your body out. The pole you want as close to your "lady bits" as possible and dont have your top hand too high or you wont be able to fully extend straight. Arching your back just a teeny bit also helps get that plank look you are going for. Once you are comfortable with that you can switch hands and plank with your arm supporting you from underneath. Same starting position. And it helps LOADS if you are comfortable with a Cross Ankle Release FIRST, as you can just lay back into one if your hand starts to slip downwards. Hope that helps! 😁
