Must vent...

Poor baby! e-cuddles, loads of them. I really hope it gets better. The "older" women need to realise that it's not ok to not pitch in when the going gets rough. Maybe it's time to gently remind them that the job market is pretty sucky out there and if they lost their jobs from not being helpful, then they could be in a far worse position.

Awww foxy, what a sucky situation!!! i feels ya about the long hours, i remember working 50-60 hour weeks while in college, & had to attend classes & write papers & study on top of it too. At least i didn't have a kid though, and i think that's the hardest part in your case.. going days without seeing her must really be tough. I really hope the 2 new people stay & are able to help out!
