^^Allergra.. I did it for the first time on Monday, and I have a bruise the size of a dollar bill on my thigh! Not cool

I haven't made it to any of the moves mentioned above. The basic pole sit is killing me, and I haven't even gotten to where I can take my hands off the pole. Argh :(
I've been pole sitting for more than 8 weeks and it still kills me.
YOGINI. I hate that bitch. But I could do a teddy bear in my sleep all day long. how weird!

When I first started working outside leg hangs on my bad side I thought I was going to strip the skin off my knee pit. But it got better! From there I started working on the superman and...well we all know how that move feels...but it got way, WAY better. Then when I learned the yogini I thought for sure I had turned my tummy to hamburger. But it got better! Then when I learned the Allegra I seriously wondered how people do that move without their inner thighs fleeing in terror from their body at the thought. That one hasn't gotten better for me yet, but I'm confident that it will!
no hands cradle, knee hold, allegra and side climb without shoes on all kill me everytime... no problems with yogini though strangely!

my most painful move was the gemini 😈 it took me forever to be able to do it without pain and big bruises behind the knee/calf. now it's the marley! i have no problems with superman, go figure. but i am anticipating my most painful moves will be knee hold and armpit holds (yogini especially).
superman!! ouch and death lay burn wise and the knee hold for bruising and goose eggs!
