Has anyone had any missing screws from X pole?, I am missing one but my pole still funtions as normal spinning and static.. Should be REALLY concerned about this?

I would call x-pole and see what they say about it and what they can do.
You paid good money for the complete product. Demand the complete product!

My order was also minus a screw last month. I would definitely have called but luckily, my hubby is a great handyman and he just went to a local hardware store and bought the set screw. This is the important one that is used to make it static or spinny! Let us know what they said.
