Superior is another word that I can come up with. Service was lightning fast and my exchange was taken care of quickly with no shipping cost back for me to pay. That is unheard of these days. A special shout out to Joel!!

Here here! I couldn't agree more! Joel has handled my recent enquiries about buying a crash mat from him and having it shipped to Sydney Australia and he initiated contact with me as he could see that I had viewed it not long ago. Joel has been nothing but pleasant, patient and just an absolute dream to deal with. He's been honest and upfront about the expensive shipping costs and has done everything he can to make it worth while and despite not getting the sale, we have maintained a good customer relationship. I have bought DGPs from him not too long ago and did in the past as well and will continue to shop from him as he offers the best price on DGP! Cheers to Joel & the Mighty Grip website!
