bonjour a toutes ...qui peut me dire...quelle est la meilleure école a montréal ou sur la rive sud ? votre avis ? who can tell me what is the best school in Montreal or on the south shore? your opinion?

Hey bellakarmina! For Montreal, I'm at Studio409 and I love it there! For me it's the best, but that's just my opinion. There's also Candiac Pole Fitness on the South Shore. I know the woman who runs it and she's amazing too. Other than that there's Alternative Fitness which is in the old port but I heard it was moving location (not sure), and Pole Fitness Jean Talon up by Jean Talon market place. There are probably a few others that I can't remember off the top of my head.... I think which one is best depends on what style of lesson you want, and how you like to be taught. So shop around, and maybe we'll see you soon!
