Has anyone tried this online class: https://mfeo.tv/body-and-pole/marlo-fisken/ ? I usually use Veenas streching lessons but a little variety wont hurt. What did you think about it? I would also like to know how long the class is, since I can't find that information on the website?

I haven't tried marlos online class but all their classes are 1 1/2 hr long. 30 min of stretches and conditioning and 1 hour on the actual themed class.
In a word, intense and *VERY* helpful, at least for me. My back particularly loved/hated it lol.
I loved this class! It was very flowy. It was long, like an hour and a half. I was feeling it by the end of the warm up. I did this class and the hand balancing class. Both were well worth their cost in my opinion. I just wish you could have access for longer than one week.
