Hey Ladies and Gents ... I'm looking to purchase some pole fitness dvd's ... if anyone has any reccomendations on which one to buy and where to buy it ... thank you.

thank you Veena ... I already have my own pole ... but I am afraid my instructor has reached capacity for what she can teach me. I'm looking to get stronger to do inverts and gain more flexibility. I will look into your lessons for sure. thanks for responding.
