Let's talk ceilings!!

Hi Everyone, I am new here 😀 from the UK! So I'm looking for a little practice studio and have come across this (see photo). It's a typical office type ceiling. My question is- is this ceiling appropriate for extension poles such as mine - the X-pole sport? Any advice much appreciated! Xxx
