The wall mirrors in my home studio went up today. (Yea!) Little by little I am working my way to acquiring a Studio Veena pole (Yea Again!) In the meantime, I will start stretching and hooping. Can I download the Stretch Videos or any of the video lessons or do I need to watch them in real time? Thanks!

Thanks for answering me so quickly! It would make sense that the videos are watched in real time (duh). It is taking me longer to get the room ready for the SV pole, but I'm getting there. I have to make a wood piece to mount to the ceiling (for the pole) because my ceiling is a cement slab. But, little by little I am getting there. The mirrors are up, the music is ready and now I can stretch and hula-hoop! Thank you!
