Knee hold

Hi there New to your forum but think it's fab fab!!! 😀 Can anyone help me with the knee hold plesae (full one no hands).....I can get in the position but when it comes to letting go....I couldnt as I would just fall. Im doing right leg high, pole behind knee, left (lower) leg behind top leg with knee/shin on pole, as wide as I can go.....I just dont feel able to let go, tried the chair and no luck yet, Im pushing forward with hips but that doesnt seem to do much, any tips much appreciated! Thanks xxxxx

Usually a vid would help with something like this.... how do you have your feet crossed??

Definitely try it from the floor I was scared with a chair but doing it from the floor meant I could shift around with a hand on the ground for support and that was when I found the balance to do it no handed. Def put a video up as that will help people work put if your technique is out at all but with me it was confidence and keeping low at the start really helped. Good luck Cxxx
