Just curious if anyone on the forum has taken this workshop from Karol and what types of tricks you learned. I've been doing advanced pole work (aysha, cartwheel, handspring, Shouldermouts) for a while so curious if this would be a good workshop for me to attend. Would love to hear from others.

I took 3 of Karol's workshops, Flirty floorwork, Strictly Spins, and the invert one.. She is a wonderful teacher! For the invery one she took requests of what we wanted to work on...... well since I was not at the same level as the other girls I wasn't ready to learn the cartwheel mount, twisted grip or any of those. She was really sweet and offered to help me with other stuff as well. I'd recommend taking her workshop! She gave me tips for the shoulder mount and superman, but i also learned teddy bear and the sad girl drop. So I gues it just depends on what level everyone else in your class is at.

LOVED Loved loved Karol's workshop. I've taken two from her! As rms3f said, she takes requests. The first workshop I took with her I requested help on all of the drops... Sad Girl, Superman Fall, Holly Drop, Teddy Bear to Inverted Thigh Hold... 🤸 Highly recommended! 🥂

Well I decided to go ahead and book my spot for Friday night 🙂

I did her pro pole earlier this year. We did all the drops and falls and she did take requests. I've done probably 12 or so of these workshops from well known dancers and hers was one of my favs. She's an excellent instructor who can break down moves very well. It's well worth the money.

Well I'm no longer going to Karol's Pro Workshop in Pittsburgh. The studio owner contacted me this morning to say she refunded my money because the workshops are already full with her current students which I think is a lie myself. She heard I might begin teaching at another pole studio that is over an hour away (which isn't the case currently) so I'm guessing that's why she won't let me come to the studio to go to Karol's workshop. 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁
Jeng, you could go to the one in philly instead at Awakenings. Karol also does on-line workshops through polejunkies. I think there is another set coming up soon. I did one of those and while it wasn't in person, she explained everything into her webcam and demonstrated all the moves and answered all the questions that were typed in chat format. Maybe you could contact Karol and ask her for a 1 on 1 via Skype. Just some suggestions, don't let the Pittsburg thing get you down.

Thanks. I actually registered for her online workshop last weekend. It will be my 2nd online workshop with Karol this year. Guess I should be glad I at least have that option since there is too much drama going on between the pole studios in this area.

I'm so excited that Karol is coming to Canada, 👸 I just love, love, love, love, love her. Ottawa is 4 hours away but my husband will pay for the whole day workshop as well is drive me there as my mothers day present. So what I wanted to know is, will I be totally dead if i am planning to do the morning stretch with Miss sexy, pole pro, flirty foorwork and stricktly spin all the same day? Its just that , I want to make the most and take advantage of the day we have with her. 🤸 🤸 🤸 🤸 🤸 🤸

The floorwork and routine classes aren't too physically demanding. You should be able to make it through them all!! Can't wait to meet you!
