So im new. oh so new to the whole pole dancing thing. I took one intro class and fell in love with pole dancing. I was just able to pay for my classes here online. and want to start my lessons tomorrow. I hope to show all you amazing ladies the progress once i get somewhere with it.

just got my pole up today. was watching some of the lessons and tried your beginners warm up. didnt realize how out of shape I am!!! the 11 minute warm up kicked my butt.
